WaitLess Health was created to solve a simple but frustrating problem—patients in Perth often spend hours calling multiple clinics just to find out who has availability. We believe finding specialist care should be clearer, faster, and less stressful.

I experienced this problem myself. When I needed to see a number of specialists, I found it surprisingly difficult to work out which clinics were accepting new patients and, more importantly, how soon I could actually get an appointment. I was spending my lunch breaks calling clinic after clinic, often without knowing whether I’d find an appointment at the end of it.

It made me wonder: why isn’t there an easier way to see what’s actually available?

That’s where the idea for WaitLess began. I created WaitLess to make that first step simpler – giving patients a clearer way to discover their options without having to make endless calls.

Our platform aggregates publicly available and clinic-provided information so patients can compare estimated wait times across specialists in one place. We aren’t a booking platform. We don’t manage appointments, reminders, or medical advice. Instead, we help patients discover available specialist options and connect with clinics sooner.

We’re starting with three specialties—Dermatology, Gastroenterology, and Endocrinology—and growing carefully alongside trusted clinics across Perth.
